At Mavenly, we create every digital product — including online courses and e-books — with the highest standard of care and quality. Because our products are delivered instantly and digitally, we maintain a strict no-refund policy as a general rule.
No Refunds on Digital Products
All sales of digital products (courses, e-books, downloadable PDFs, templates, and any other digital content) are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been made and the digital product has been delivered or made accessible to you.
This applies regardless of:
- Whether you have started or completed the course or e-book
- Whether you feel the product did not meet your personal expectations
- Whether you changed your mind after purchase
- Whether you purchased the wrong product by mistake
Please read all product descriptions, previews, and free samples carefully before purchasing.
When We Do Offer a Resolution
We will offer a replacement, re-delivery, or store credit only in the following situations:
- The file you received is corrupted and cannot be opened
- The download link is broken and does not work after purchase
- You received the wrong product entirely (different from what you ordered)
- The course content is inaccessible due to a technical error on our end
In any of the above cases, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date at norixaltd@gmail.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We will resolve it promptly.
